Custom CSS for a dropdown

Hello,

I was wondering if it’s possible to change the arrow in the default dropdown?
Or maybe add a right padding to the arrow for stylistic reasons?

I’m looking at this: Advanced form styling - Learn web development | MDN and don’t quite get how to do that in bubble.

check this out locode - Remove default dropdown styles

I can’t get this to work - the only thing that moves with all padding options is the text, not the down arrow. Any hints? Also, any way to force change the arrow?

Hey @LukeC ,

Yes it is possible to move the arrow using some CSS. Check out our video on how to do this here. Hope that helps.

Sorry to bring this back to light. I checked out this video, but now curious on how to change the default styling like font color, background color, etc.

I played with some CSS within the HTML, but didn’t seem to make it happy properly. Any thoughts?

PS: I am using the Classify app, so that’s why it’s a dot instead of a #
