Daily Quest/task system

Im wondering if anyone has successfully created a system like this, and if so any help would be appreciated.

This is a perfect example, I basically just need to have the same daily quests for users to complete, and then their completion of the quests resets every 24 hours or so:

I’m sure its not difficult, all the other parts I can do, its just resetting the quests every 24 hours.

Several ways.

1. have a recurring workflow for each user that runs every 24 hours
2. schedule a backend workflow every 24 hours
3. have an admin button the searches for all users and does the update
4. like 3 but schedule workflows on a list
5. recursive workflow like 3/4
