Database: 24 hour format

After moving beyond the dark ages, the 24-hour format has become the de facto standard across advanced civilizations.

There is still potential for a last one to join these ranks, but it will require a bold step into the future - adopting the metric system. May that day come.

For now, could we please have the 24-hour format set as the default in the database? It would ease a great deal of daily friction across the Atlantic. An optional fallback to the 12-hour system could be offered for our US colleagues.

I cannot categorize this as an “Idea,” since the 24-hour format is already an international standard. Therefore, I place it under “Bug.”

Do you just mean visually in the database tab in date fields? It is only for visuals not for actually storing date data

We are aware of that, hence advanced civilization. Just the visuals please time is time.
