My app is looking perfect using the responsive tab on bubble but when inspecting with chrome dev tool with mobile view my app look like a total car crash.
is there any tutorial or tips on how to optimize this?

Can you provide some screenhots or set your app to read only (see image below) and provide us with a link to the editor (or send it in a DM if you don’t want others to see your app)? That way we can give you more specific advice.
