I don’t know any easy way to do it, but i managed to build a pretty advanced Instagram analytics dashboard in Bubble using https://pathfix.com/ + Instagram API documentation.
Their support is awesome, they helped me set up a few API calls in Bubble when I was struggling.
I was able to return post and account analytics, so there’s good chance you can get hashtags as well.
