Do workload units gets reset every month?

Hello Everyone

I apologize if this question has already been answered, but I didn’t find it

I thought Workload units gets reset every month ?

if not then how can i reset it at the launch of the app
I’m surprised to see it already use 5.5K during development/testing phase

I am not sure how to reset it?

Development counts towards WU.

Actually i got billed on Jun 23 & it didn’t get reset
Maybe it will reset on every month 1st
