Does bubble connect using a different IP address than the one used by its users?

Hello, my name is Yamamoto. I am using bubble and have encountered an issue that I would like to discuss. There is an API that I wish to use, but the company providing this API requires me to inform them of the originating IP address. This is because they have imposed IP restrictions and need to lift them for my access. I have already provided my IP address, and the company has lifted the IP restriction. However, I am still unable to connect. Is it possible that the IP address has changed on the bubble side?

Best regards,

requests are made from bubble server, not directly from your browser, so it’s bubble ip address you need to allow, but you need an enterprise plan for a static ip

as an alternative you can setup an external server with static ip and use it as a proxy
