Download hidden element

hi

i’m building a form and at the end of the form i want to be able that the user can download a A4 pdf of an element. but whenever the a4 element is hidden, the download does not work. is there a workaround how to solve this.

my final workaround would be to hide the a4 behind a solid color plane. but then there will be a scroll bar. also not ideal.

Hi!

Why not have a “print mode” for the page that will show printable elements and vice versa. So all your user needs to do is switch modes (or have another page for it) before printing.

Lots of websites already do it this way.
