Drag to Reposition Plugin

Hi everyone,

I’m interested in a drag to reposition plugin that I can set a particular aspect ratio for, upload an image OR video to, and allow the user to drag to reposition or zoom in and out so that the the part of the image or video they want displayed is all that is displayed. Kind of like Croppie Extended but simpler.

Please let me know if there are any freelancers out there who are interested in this job and please provide examples of javascript plugin work. I would be comfortable with this being public on bubble.io as a plugin for sale as well, as this concept is now new - just very needed in Bubble to keep up with modern times!
