Theres a few way:
If the initial fields are not linked to a thing: Create a new thing with the information from inputs , reset input and display a RG to show saved items.
or,
If you are already in a RG, just Create a new item.
This depend on the whole setting and the use of that. But basically, you need to use repeating group
