Easier way to upload images to Bubble db via Post API

Has anyone or the Bubble team came up with a better way to upload images to the Bubble database via the data API endpoints provided by Bubble, apart from converting the image to Base64 encoding described in this old post?

The problem with this solution for me is I’m trying to upload images from a camera on an IoT device periodically, and then use it for computer vision AI analysis. Hence the image needs to be high resolution and Base64 encoding could make it a very long string…

Actually, this is the way Bubble work for file upload. I’m not aware of any other options to upload a file to Bubble S3. Even in plugin, we need to send them as Base64
