What you’re looking for is called a Marquee, a Carousel, or a Slider, with auto-scroll. There’s probably some CSS or Javascript you could use to do this, but there’s also some plugins that may be simpler to implement. I’d recommend taking a look at the plugin Marketplace, searching for any of the above, and going through the demos of each to see what you may need:
