Email question?

Hey, all I have a question that I need the community’s help in. We are building a service help desk app, and we would like to have the users send and receive emails that can be shown in the app. so my question is does anyone know a service where I can create a unique email for each user account, parse it and send it through an API to my app.

Any suggestions or experiences, please.

Will the users be connecting their existing email accounts (@yahoo.com, @example.com, etc.) or will they have an email address at your service’s domain?
