Filter RG by Date <range>?

Hi all,
I’m out of ideas here… Quite simply, my users need to input a START and STOP date to view records constrained by those two dates. This seems simple enough but nothing I’ve tried is working. Has anyone figured this one out?

You will have two constraint on the same date field
The first is that Date > Start date picker value:set hours to 0:set min:0 set sec:0
Second Date < End date picked value: set hours 23: set min:59: set sec59
