Generate Reset Password Token for Custom Email Integration

Hi Bubble Team and Community,

I would like to suggest adding a new action: “Generate Reset Password Token”. This feature would be incredibly useful for integrating with third-party email providers such as Loops, Mailchimp, etc.

Currently, the “Send Reset Password Email” option does not allow for much customization or the use of external email providers. By generating a reset password token, we could easily create custom reset password workflows and use our preferred email service to send out the reset emails.

This change would significantly enhance flexibility and allow for a more personalized user experience.

Pretty sure this is implemented.

You can use that token after the action.

it is implemented but, according to the docs, the token it’s not available on the client for security resons. you can use it in backend wf
