'Go to page' - based on user location

I am trying to setup a dynamic link, based on user current location.
My goal is as affiliate to be able to refer US and EU users to different websites.

For example:
If the user is based in US, he will go to = [Website A]
If the the user is based in EU, he will go to = [Website B]

I thought about the solving it with the following way:

But I am not sure if it will work, also when it comes to EU, should I enter every country specificly using a seperate workflow or what would be the best method?
