Help! Freelancer to alter Airnbnb template from Zeroqode

Hi!

I am starting a company similar to the Airbnb template on zeroqode. I have purchased the
airnbnb template, but need the following alterations:

  1. FB log in
  2. Ability for host to change prices by date on a calendar (ie. more for peak summer/weekday vs. weekend)
  3. Become a host on header
  4. Ability to block out days if host is using the rental
  5. possible for 1 day rental (current system does not allow and must require an overnight stay on the calendar)
  6. SMS start/end verification
  7. Admin backend
  8. Ability for my company to take a commission on transactions
