You should try to change the header for Accept-encoding * instead and probably add an
Accept with value to application/json
(I think you should try just with the accept header first)

Likewise, you can settle on the decision from mailman to requestbin. Actually look at all headers and setting there and set exactly the same thing in Bubble.
What I speculate you are missing is most likely User-specialist
