Help putting a website screen into a app

I need help putting a website into my app that will be fully functional so people dont need to leave the app to use it. I was going to put google into it but i dont know how. If they are trying to fill something on my app out and need to use google they dont need to make a new tab because google is already there. Help would be appreciated!
