Help with looping one part of video clip

Hi guys

I’m trying to make this feature work, but have had no result so far

Basically, I want to play a specific part of a Youtube video ( for example: From 1:00 to 1:20, about 20 seconds long), and the video will loop at this part too.

I’m thinking about using GIF to achieve this, but it would be better if I can do it with Youtube.
