I keep getting:

But if I just hit the Pay Now button, payment succeeds just fine. FYI, @Bubble. Something’s amiss there on your side, I think.

Yeah noticed this too @keith

It was flagged in the Account > Plans & billing section for me (yesterday morning).

After logging out and back in a few moments later it disappeared.

Not sure what happened there…
