Hide safari UI components not working always

I have 1 app with "Hide safari UI components ticked on.
Several pages to hide, but others not.
As this is a general setting it should hide the UI components on all pages?
it is not hiding on this one: http://tiny.cc/oo403y (preview) but it is the samen as in live
