We’re a Spanish agency working with clients who build real, complex products on Bubble.io. We’re looking for a Senior Bubble Developer Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is not a beginner role, we need someone who has been in the trenches, knows what scalable Bubble architecture looks like, and can own a product end-to-end.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and build complete web applications in Bubble.io, from database structure to UI.
- Implement advanced workflows, automations, and business logic.
- Integrate Bubble with external platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, or AI tools via API Connector.
- Build intuitive, responsive interfaces aligned with design specs.
- Optimize queries, workflows, and data loading for performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to translate functional requirements into working solutions.
- Document processes, flows, endpoints, and data structures.
Key requirements:
- Mastery of Bubble.io (this is non-negotiable).
- Experience designing relational databases and complex workflows within Bubble.
- Solid understanding of REST API consumption and external integrations.
- Management of roles, permissions, and privacy rules in Bubble.
- Strong communication skills for remote, async collaboration.
- Autonomy, ownership, and structured thinking.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Basic JavaScript knowledge.
- Previous work with Airtable, Webflow, or other low-code tools.
- Background in SaaS or data-driven products.
Compensation:
$2,000 – $4,000 USD/month, depending on experience.
