How can I start using "Hobby" or "Personal" when I can't even see the options?

Once I login Bubble, the pricing option is gone. I can only access Learning Center, App Gallery, Ideas, Community. Where is the pricing option? Should I finish a series of lectures first to get to that point?

Thanks for your reply but I still don’t get it. How can I create an app when there is no creating-an-app like section? From which section among Learning Center, App Gallery, Ideas, Community?

Thanks. I just spotted " Create a new app" in GREY on the bottom of the page.
