It’s not possible. You can only insert the logo. Please read the documentation or do a research before posting new items already widely discussed

You can search within the forum.. there are several closed topics on this..
The uploaded logo in bubble’s app settings will appear in fullscreen after app start.
maybe bubble developers will make the splashscreen optional and customizable in future.
mobile (native) is still in beta phase
