How do you change the name in the browser tab

I am trying to figure out how to get the name that appears on the browser tab to change and have already tried changing the page title, any ideas?

It would be great help if you could explain how you changed the name in the browser tab? I am also running into the same problem. Also can the name be changed after the app has gone live?
