In the internet I could find a lot of custom range sliders. There is css,js and html code provided. How I could use this to build my own range slider in Bubble to use it in my app?

Bubble provides a slider element.
You can use dynamic data to sets its range.
Custom states can be used to set this range. Rest depends on your logic.
You can also add css to this slider using Iād attribute
