How to calculate average rating

I am new to bubble and am having trouble constructing a query. I have a text field in which I would like to display the average rating for a specific product

I have a “thing” (database table) called Ratings which includes a field, Score. This is the field I would like to average over. Ratings also contains fields ‘Created by’ and ‘Product’.

Any advice on how to accomplish this using bubble’s interface?

Search for Ratings Score :average will do it. You can refine your search be adding constraints to it as well. As long as Score is a number field, then you’ll have access to math operations.
