How do I change the icon here with the colored version?

I’m not in front of my computer right now, but I think there should be an option in those conditions of ‘color’ - is there anything like that available in the dropdown?

Yes, but not for customized ones. Just full icon color

Select the parameter to change being icon color

Then choose one from your style palete list of color variables

Yes, if you want an icon to have more than one color, you could use images instead…you may also try to use CSS to alter the color of the icon to maybe have a gradient or something.
