How to detect Struck Off's in a handwritten Image with AI

I have a handwritten paper.

And I want to detect the struck off content in this image .
Which is the content " In Siri, iOS 18 and other operating system updates and perhaps in helping navigate or research documents."
Using Gpt or Gemini AI vision models . But these models weren’t able to detect the struckoff.
I tried multiple prompts to make it ignore the struckoff content in output . But unfortunately its detecting that content . Can anyone suggest a best method for doing this ?
Any ideas are appreciated!!

I don’t think I’d be able to decipher that writing man :joy:

The vision models essentially just OCR and describe the image to the LLM. If it doesn’t describe which part is struck off, it’ll have no idea. As far as I can tell, you can’t prompt the vision aspect (e.g telling it what to describe)
