So my notification didn’t send.

First of all read this doc
Make sure that you have correctly configured the required data for iOS and Android push notification services in accordance with the documentation
Make sure you test push notifications in the native app. NOT in BubbleGO and NOT in preview
Make sure that you ask the user for permission to send the notification before sending the notification
Check, check, check. Did all that.
Are you testing on the iOS app published in TestFlight?
Testing in native Android (Pixel 7).
Also testing in iOS but the app is completely messed up on iOS so I can’t even really load it.
The actual sending of the notification is so simple, I feel the problem must be in the configuration.
Maybe I missed a step somewhere? But do I have any way of finding out what I might have possibly done wrong? Or is my only recourse right now to just do the entire thing over again and hope I don’t make the same mistake?
Is there any way to get any hints, even a general direction, for where the problem is?
I haven’t tested sending push notifications on Android devices, but on iOS everything works correctly.
It was not without problems, I was missing something when setting it up, but I can’t remember what it was.
The support guys helped me out at that point. So I think the best solution for you would be to contact them
