How to get external users to add data to current user's field

Hi,

My app is quite simple. A user logs in, lands on a page where they can input multiple geographical address’, which are then displayed on a map.

I want to allow for the public, to be able to add geographical address to the user’s list. e.g. user shares a unique link which has a form on it, which allows public user to input an address, and this gets added to the relevant field for the user.

Any ideas?
