How to make a counter (- 5 +)

hey there,
I wanna to make this (-5+) that if I press on + it will +1 in my text and make it 6 and if I press - it will -1 in my text and make it 4.
sorry didn’t know the name of this
please enlighten me.

Use a custom state (number) and simply add or subtract 1 each time the relevant button/text/icon is clicked. Then use a text element to display that number.
