How to make elements "SNAP"? Plugin needed?

Hi everyone,

I have a couple of elements that are draggable. Can anyone give tips on how to make them “snap” to each other? Just like the function in the bubble editor. A couple of people have raised this question in the past. Is this something that can be done directly via bubble/CSS/HTML or would a plugin be necessary?

Snap Elements to Each Other Plugin Idea

Has anyone thought of making a plugin that gives users the ability to snap elements onto each other, just like Bubble’s but on the front end so users could use it? There are so many use cases for a plugin with that kind of capability. Ideally, each of Bubble’s elements (relatively speaking) width and height could be adjusted with a click and grab and snap to each other. A lot of front end design applications would benefit from this. Wasn’t sure if anyone was currently working on this or though…
