How to make footer stick on the bottom of the page

How to make the footer stand on the bottom of the page?

I don’t want it sticky (like with floating groups)
I want it to stand when the page is short of content.

Anyone any idea how to solve this?

Sometimes I use Allow vertical scrolling when content overflow checked combine with Fit height to content unchecked but still it’s not efficient because sometimes it shows a scrollbar in the middle of the page (at the edge of the group) as the name suggests.

How to make the footer stick at the bottom of the page? (not floating group)
