How to seperate big block of texts into short paragraphs?

I wish to create an app where I will copy paste a text into text editor but make the paragraphs shorter so essentially splitting long paragraphs into two for example.

From this:

You will most likely need to use Regex commands on the text. Probably the :split command and then you define what the text is split by (. or ?) for example.

You could also have a look at this plugin. It seems like it may do what you require Split Texts without breaking Plugin | Bubble
