How to show a photo when button is hovered

i have an issue with the condition of the button. when i select the background style-image. i can’t find the place wherei can upload the photo.

You have to select the ‘Background Style’ as a property to change and set it to Image, then you’ll be able to select the ‘Background Image’ as another property to change, so you need to select that as well. Then you can define the image.
