How to store only time?

Hello,
I want only time in my database but choosing a date is mandatory in the default date-time picker input. also, I can not hide the date.
I also tried the Air-Date-Time plugin. I chose time-only input. but the problem with that plugin is I can not define the time range dynamically. Please let me know how can i store only time.

Let me know, How can I auto-populate the date only in the default date time picker.
