I want to be able to rename folders in the page/reusable elements dropdown.
I use folders to fast find reusable elements of a certain kind. I created folders and assigned pages and reusables to it, but now I want to rename a folder. It seems not possible yet.
Suggestion: add an edit-icon next to the bin-icon, to edit the name, and eventually edit all pages and reusables in it.
Also I’d like Bubble to add a default folder for all pages and reusables that are not yet in a custom folder.
Did you figure out how to rename an existing folder? I ended up deleting the current one and creating a new one, which is OK if you just made a mistake, but not so much if you’re deep into the project.
I’ve bumped into the same pain point, so your idea makes a lot of sense. While Bubble doesn’t let you rename folders yet, I’ve sometimes organized things outside the editor first and used renamer to batch‑rename big sets of folders before bringing assets into Bubble. It keeps things tidy and gives you a clear structure until Bubble adds something like this natively.
