Icons in a dropdown

Hi,
I want to create a dropdown for the language selection which should include an icon (flag) and the language.

Any idea how to include the icon?

You can do this with either option sets or using your database.

But for the visual just drop a group (row) with icon and drop-down inside the group and you should be set.
