Implement external css and js on bubble elements

Hello,

Im building a marketplace app and wish to have users be able to add designs onto their apparel layout, somewhat like this image below.

I found Konva JS to do this but im not able to figure, is it possible to add external JS and css into bubble to build something like this ?

Also, I have a lot of frontend built on webflow, I was hoping to be able to copy paste css and js of it and replicate animations and interactions of it on bubble, is that possible ?

Yes, you can add your external css/js in the each page of Html header or you can added Html element to the page and append your external css and js.
