Improper billing

I was on personal plan, then changed to professional monthly plan with the change on pricing. But, instead of billing me for $129 dollar, they billed me for $202.

Has it happened with anyone?

Overages much?

Yes, especially when u are on a budget and don’t gain money in dollars. Those 73 dollars of difference are 365 R$ on Brazil, 5 times more.

Their billing system is on a prorated system, I’m guessing here. Before the price change, I was on their basic plan ($29) and upgraded to Professional ($120-40, and this waaay before the price change) for few days to test the speed, and then switched back. Got billed like $180+.

Customer support is good though and they worked with me.
