Thanks for the comment. How often does something not go wrong?
Or more to the point, not understand you fully because (a) you need to be super-clear and specific (e.g. be very good at requirements capture and explaining) for it to “get” you, and (b) it needs to actually interpret what you said the way you meant it.
Your IF should be in large font… because it’s a big if!
