I love BDK’s plugins and services. We had our app wrapped a couple years ago and it was great. Recently, however, I’ve been trying to get in touch with BDK/@gaurav for weeks to no avail. Anyone else having trouble? Did they shut down?

There have been a good number of folks in the forum who have had the same question. I’m guessing you have tried to contact them outside of the forum, but just in case, here is the last info I saw on that front from Gaurav himself.

Got it, thanks for your response.
He just responded to me a moment ago over email and pointed me to website chat to resolve my issue. As he stated in the post you shared, it seems like the website chat is the best way to get in touch with BDK.
