I’ll be on a plane for 10 hours and would love nothing more than to be building. The airline I’m flying doesn’t provide WiFi.
Probably a long shot but let me if anything comes to mind.
The best alternative I can give you is making some mockups of designs and stuff you want to implement once you get back to wifi. Other than that, I’m sorry but bubble is strictly online if I’m not mistaken.
