Scanning through this forum I see you recommend adding a password for the apps. Which I am surely going to do from now. But I thought when applications are marked as ‘private’ they are already secure?

Could you please explain where the security risk is when they are private and have no passwords. Thank you in advance.

I am having a similar issue. The oldest records in one of my tables are being deleted after roughly 100 days. I have searched my workflows, but can find no workflows that would do this? My app is more than a year old.

There are 2 questions.

  1. Can I prevent through the “Privacy” rules anything being deleted?
  2. Is there anyway to recover a table a year old and then once a month?
