The step by step feature tour is definitely doable in Bubble without any coding knowledge. There’s a free plugin that seems like it could do the trick. https://bubble.io/plugin/hopscotch-step-by-step-tours-1531522528474x300804982411100160
You could also just build it yourself by showing/hiding groups.
