Absolutely, I understand. The main reason I insist on certification is because it directly affects my agency’s Bubble rating. While experience is paramount to me, maintaining at least 60% certified developers is crucial to keep our silver rating. I hope this clarifies my position.

I updated my post to be more clear. You must be currently living in the US and legally allowed to work in the US. My clients require US based developers because of legal reason due to the nature of their software.
