Keep element proportion on HTML element

Hi all,

I’m facing a problem with the option : “Keep element proportions as the page is resized” on a HTML element.

It seems that the button does not work, or maybe there is something I did not understand well …

As you can see below, the proportion seems to not be kept

Does someone have an idea ?
