It’d be cool to see a more robust note system within Bubble - I spend a significant amount of time in the Notes editor.
That said, one idea is to add a direct link to an element’s notes from the elements tree in this popup here:
It’d also be really helpful to have the information icon of the property editor’s top buttons there as well:
